Happy Friday! This is one of the 2-page layout we did in my Scrapbook Club this month and also is the first project that we started using the new 12″ x 12″ Divided Page Protectors. If you are not familiar with this new product, see page 169 in the Annual Catalog.
Here is the second page with a journal book using the Natural Composition Specialty Paper.
I learned this journal book technique at Convention. The back cover is inserted into the page protector but the front cover and the inside pages are not. The last page is adhered to the page protector with Sticky Strip. A piece of Linen Thread is hanging out and that’s how you close the journal book.
Since it is a journal book we stamped the inside pages with the Travel Journal Builder Wheel.
Here are some close-up photos of the stamped elements to show you:
I LOVE this Morning Post Alphabet Stamp Set!!! It’s perfect for a title of any scrapbook page.
I LOVE this bug in a jar!!! Mr. Bug is heat-embossed in Black to give a little more touch.
Here is a photo taken from my studio yesterday. Can you guess what we did???? We hosted a paintball party for our church’s youth group. I think we had over 20 boys and GIRLS who were brave enough to take painful shots!!! They seemed they were having a lot of fun.
Thank you so much for stopping by today. Hope you will have a wonderful weekend!!!
